General Information

As of January 2008, I have been running regularly for over 5 months. Running has been a great tool for me that helped me to get into the best shape of my life. For 2008, I hope to continue integrating running into my lifestyle, increase my mileage, and maintan the fitness level that I have achieved. I feel so great--I don't ever want to go back!
